[ChatAction] sending details of the event to all the chat people

Hi- I know that Julie has created a document. I am in the middle of moving back to my condo so I am not able to work on this until tonight. If Malini - you would like to look at this and work with Julie and making this succinct- that would be great. Otherwise I can work on it tonight/tomorrow.

The important times that people should know about are:
The HR Session
The After Chat Session
The AfterChat Debrief: while people are more than welcome to share their thoughts amongst one another at any time; I will be conducting a Daily Feedback Loop session one hour after we finish the AfferChat. During these sessions I will be asking for feedback from the breakout hosts (2 per room) as well as any and all who wish to process the day and the implications on the next. Hilary and I will have met with Marilyn and Beth and will have their insights as well to share with the group.

Yes - it is a big investment of time. It may slim down as the week goes on. It is an experiment and so that is the mind frame and heart intention we are holding.
