What has happened since? And… noticing the effect on my viewing selections that the sidebar where YouTube’s algorithm offers viewing suggestions… This makes me wonder what is happening to the nature of things to come, the “future?" Is this algorithm working to influence my ideas of what to think and what to do? Can the viewing suggestions pique our curiosity? Can this effect how we live our lives and what we attempt to do in the world? — Stan
