there have been many "summer colds" that belatedly tested positive for covid - which is part of the spreading problem.
hope you are better soon. My biggest issue was vertigo for couple of weeks after.

Hardly anything can be as simple as we might like. The report for this week is suffering from my “Cold” which upon testing turns out to be a positive result for Covid-19… Yuk! I keep having to get in the bed for naps.
This is the report for the fourth of five planed Thursday gatherings of our August chat group and most of it fits on this one page.
