[ChatAction] [ChatPeople] Political Candidates Should Be Responsive by Email Using a Team of Volunteers

Great idea Stan et al
I wonder if  we modify the language to not tell ‘them’ what they ‘should’ do but rather something like 
“REQUESTING POLITICAL CANDIDATES TO CREATE VOLUNTEER STAFFED EMAIL COMMUNICATION:   We respectfully ask all political candidates to establish a direct email communication for voters to share their ideas and questions. As important as recent, current snd upcoming political events are to all Americans, it seems reasonable to create a volunteer reading /sorting function to build connection and impact of political  campaigns”
