PS have been fumbling with electrical technical 5g g5 high tech low tech  since you sent me the video of Katrina, a beautiful new trend of California “Valley girl.”  I have watched her forever as she prances and dances lifting the spirits of thousands!   I wanted to post something on my platform regarding the power of intention, focus within stillness, or music,   and a whole new spin you be.  “All things made new.”  blessings and wellbeing All…..
