Thank you, Diane.  I will take a close look at this.

I am (absolutely) convinced that the "circle" format holds some extremely
powerful and effective organizing principles, that people who want to help
change the world through collaboration and holistic principles should "know
by heart".

This is the primary organizing power in the universe, and if we get in-synch
with it, we might have a shot at doing really great things across all kinds
of borders and boundaries and the divisions that plague the world today.

What we want in the world today - is "convergence towards unity" - we want
to "program" it, encourage it, invoke it, convene it, facilitate it - across
all sectors, all languages, all cultures, all academic and scientific
disciplines.

We need to define those principles in general, we need to see them in very
fluent and adaptive/context-specific terms - and we need to open the doors
to collaboration and TEAM work in every way we can.

Hi Bruce,

Thanks for sharing this powerful article. This aligns with the new direction
of Tedx with Ted Circles and with the discussion circles associated with
Catharine Wilkinson's and Ayana Johnson's newly-launched All We Can Save
project. Global and local discussion circles have so much potential for
changing mindsets as well as creating community.

Today, I've been working though the ideas and vision of Duane Elgin.  His
vision is so in-synch with everything I am doing.  He was working with Jim
Garrison in the 1990's

Right now, I am particularly excited about his ideas for "Study Circles".

In this PDF, he outlines the basic principles behind Study Circles - which I
tend to see as the most powerful organizing idea in the world, and probably
the master-design for the emerging new world - if there is to be one and we
survive our initiation.

This is not newbie stuff.  This is master vision from the masters, written
in simple and highly intuitive terms.

And what is exciting for me is - the entire framework is written as a series
of questionnaires - surveys. 

Duane Elgin worked with "electronic town halls" for years.  Maybe this is
the new design for a vast electronic town hall.  That would be my dream.

Malini - I actually think this meets all your standards.  I think that is
probably true for just about everybody on Chat Acton.  This IS an "action
path" - maybe the most powerful collective action path ever possible - and
maybe the only way we human beings could possibly move forward together in a
way that converges into wholeness and ONE.
