[ChatAction] Peace Week Planning

I read in this thread that the name of this  initiative has been changed to
'Peace Labyrinth' (from Department of Peace).
I am sure Marcia and her labyrinth are very happy about this renaming.

In his case, 2 actions may be needed ...


   1. Stan shall we move the OtherNetworks Department of Peace page
   <https://othernetworks.org/Department_of_Peace> to reflect this?
   2. Here is the Peace Labarynth logo

   Marcia asked help with and Russ and I created - shall we change the text to
