Looking at your diagram – I see this as an example of systematic holistic engineering.  I think that is why it is interesting for us here.

It shows well-organized international collaboration at a high technical level.

If we wanted to make the case that a “department of peace” would involve coordinating and organizing absolutely everything to organize and help “cause” or otherwise encourage or nurture or midwife a spirit of peace – and every other kind of collaborative problem-solving we need – we would need to envision and actually manifest a network of collaborating people and agencies that looks something like this network.

We would follow and be guided by holistic vision and “architecture” – and we would act in a spirit guided by “wisdom” and very likely the oneness of deep spirit – and we would use the methods of high-powered systems engineering to connect the pieces – like a huge international network of specialized zoom calls reporting back to one another and building activist agreement on specialized concerns.

We have to “act as ONE” – but we got 5,000 problems to solve (see the UN SDGs).  Yes, those problems are “interconnected” – but they are also separate and distinct and involve different issues and skill-sets and political factors.

We need a vision for a network of this type – an “architectural design” – that is not specialized around one issue, but is designed in a branching way to interconnect 1,000 specializations and issues into a single framework that can take on every problem at the same time without fragmentation, because every point of connection in the network resonates in the spirit of co-creation.

This, I would say, is how we “act in the spirit of ONE” – and how we help lead planetary civilization through its scary birthing process and into the new world.

It looks to me, Cynthia, that you fully understand that.  Your website emphasizes Barbara Marx Hubbard – and this statement that I was writing yesterday also emphasizes Barbara Marx Hubbard.

We could design something that looks a bit like a “wheel of co-creation” – because it contains all those aspects – and then we could use information engineering models so that we could include 1,000 subjects (or more) – not fitted together in a rigid/boxy way – but coming together in a creative improvisational flow where it would be possible to maintain clear project definition while at the same time maintaining overall network coherence and focus.  Everybody sparks in any direction that feels fertile and juicy --  but everybody maintains resonance.

We don’t have to get lost in space (or metaphysics) over the question “what does it mean to act as ONE?”  How do you do that?  You maintain a resonance agreement, and people keep their word.  People do what they say they will do, as best they can.  People are honest, people do their part, people tell the truth, people give what they can.

This is how Gandhi organized.  This is how Martin Luther King organized.  This is how a global holistic movement of “helpful people” (to use Stan’s idea) could be interconnected and operate in-synch – without fragmentation and backbiting and bitter confrontation, like we see in the congress of the USA right now.

People say

“I want to be part of a holistic resonant network for world peace and health.”

“I will maintain a resonant node in this network.”

“I will contribute to and live by the resonant protocols that emerge in the network through cocreation.”

“I will show up as best I can in a reliable way, to help expand the resonant field, in any area of specialization I find interesting.”

“I will contact others – other people, other agencies – and encourage them to enter the network – choosing their specializations and maintaining resonance at their own local node.”

Nobody takes on more than they can handle, everybody maintains the resonance agreements and does what they are able as they are able.
