[ChatAction] Someone to be aware of - Duane Elgin

Bruce invited me to see the website of Duane Elgin and, because we're
doing the work we're doing and are interested in aligning... thought I
would share the main areas of interest into which he classifies his
diverse writings:

   from the deep past and into the future

   collective expression, local to global


It seems to me this is a fellow who would be good in a conversation, and
perhaps we could invite him to a Saturday session, but at least Cities
Rising AfterChat because of the wording of his #1! Bruce is currently
