[ChatAction] UU & HR promotion of Cities Week

I'm concerned that I cannot find any mention on UU HR of Cities Rising or
City Rising or Cities Week or anything -  am I just researching badly? I'd
be happy to be wrong!

Looking at their site, it appears HR doesn't start until the 19 of January.
