[ChatAction] City Week: Invites, Surveys, Roles

Dear ActionPeeps,

We need to move quickly - Jan 11th is so soon.  Who do you want to invite
and why?
How can we serve them?

I know of Two (2) Tasks we need to do kinda soon (urgently?).

   1. Invite
   2. Ask (surveys)


*#1 Invites messages:*
We are writing an invite (Julie, Shannon and Kathryn ) to send to City
stakeholders, inhabitants and new diverse (probably city dwelling) Voice
and Faces, interested in watching HR City Rising Week and engaging in the
afterchat workshops. (Thank you Leslie for starting a draft).

It would be good to send a series of short potent emails... to get their
attention. and have time to pass the word. talk to bosses, etc
Save the date - more coming soon... here's way... openable compelling
subject lines. Like...

Bruce is writing survey(s)  to ask what roles we/they want to play. We want
your suggestions please?

   - *For Organizing Us:* Some of us offered to help in many way/roles:
   Zoom Tech Support, Chat support, Facilitation,  Co-Hosting, Breakout group
   management, facilitation and recording, etc
   - *For Surveys for participants* to engage and inquire about needs,
   blockages, etc
   - what else?

How do we implement this new role that AfterChat will play - to generate
and feed Humanity Rising  in an iterative process each day of this 1st week
of Humanity Rising 2021 - Jan 11-15th?
