> I'm starting a journaling group on Jan. 2 based on an Irish myth. There's also an extra winter solstice option. I wanted to share here as it seems like the sort of thing HR chat people might be into :) There's more info below if you're interested.

The Celtic people of mythical Ireland themselves realized one year that their lives had ''gone off the rails''. They'd lost touch with how to live a full-hearted life. They didn't even know what questions to ask to make sense of it – kind of like their version of 2020. They gathered for a feast that would last many days where they took time to reconnect with the ancient values associated with the five directions: East, South, West, North and Centre.

The last five questions are optional for those who prefer a shorter duration. Much of this exploration is an inner journey that doesn't require screen time and I'll offer suggestions on keeping screens to a minimum.

You're welcome to share your thoughts in the group or just use the questions for some quiet reflection space.
